Bob Hardt, NY1â€²s political director, says New York Congressman Michael Grimm threatened to throw Michael Scotto off a balcony and then threatened to â€œbreakâ€ Scotto â€œin halfâ€ After a routine post SOTU interview, Scotto asked Grimm about his alleged campaign finance violations.
