KrisAnne lives in North Florida with her husband JC (a pastor and former Russian instructor for the US Navy) and their adopted son Colton.

Here she is in her own words:

“Right up front there are some things that I need to tell you about myself. I want you to know where I came from and how I got to where I am today. I don’t want to ever be accused of deception or dishonesty. So, in full disclosure:

I was not born a Constitutionalist. I did not live my life with an inherent understanding of Liberty and what is necessary to defend it. I was not raised a Christian. For some, these things will be a stumbling block, so you need to know from me.

I was raised a Democrat. The only thing more evil than Satan was a Republican in my home. There was no choices to be made in voting…straight Democrat party line was the only choice.

I was an environmentalist. An ardent environmentalist. Some of my best friends were members of Green Peace and I supported the WWF and PETA. I was a vegetarian by ideology, not for health reasons, for almost 15 years.

I believed in the “good” of scientific manipulations of food and the necessity of vaccines. Not only believed this, but helped create them when I was a biochemist for Monsanto.

I believed in Global Warming and defended it vigorously. I believed in the Big Bang and openly criticized those who believed in creationism as ignorant and misled.

I believed Government’s duty and purpose was to be a provider for the people. I supported programs that would give the government more control over the people. I even believed a One World Government was the best way to go to ensure “global peace.” I supported the principles of socialism, although I cannot claim to have known at the time it was socialism, per se, that I supported.

I supported abortion and often openly condemned others for being pro-life. I have argued with abortion protesters on street corners and called them names that I am not proud of.

I was not only not a Christian, but I practiced many other religions, including many occult versions. I was bitter against God and felt that only ignorant, weak people needed faith. I was too intelligent and too educated for such a feeble crutch.

I was not born with the knowledge that I have now. I did not wake up one morning with a divine epiphany. I traveled a long road. Learned some hard and painful lessons. My beliefs were challenged and I came to know the Truth.

I am able to stand firm on what I believe because I have discovered the difference between truth and lies. I am able to defend the truth because I walked the path. I can show you my path of discovery, and to be guaranteed it is not tied to any political motivation or personal gain…unless you call the liberation that comes from knowing the truth in the face of lies, a personal gain.

So when someone says to you…”Did you know that person used to be associated with this or that group or used to believe this… How can you possibly believe him now?” Remember this story.

It is good to question someone’s “transformation”. You SHOULD do that. If they cannot show you that path, step by step, you should question their motivations.

But do not discount someone’s current position just because of who they USED to be or who they USED to associate with or what they USED to believe. Sometimes it is NOT a selfish or deceptive motivation, but a path to enlightenment. We all had to wake up somehow.

Just so you know where I stand.” -KrisAnne Hall

Last night the first instance of my State Sovereignty class aired on C-SPAN2 and the topic for today's show is driven by a question from Rochelle, who was inspired by the class. So how did the Constitution end slavery? Listen and share this lesson with all of those who want to divide us so they might understand how we are united by liberty.

It's official Gorsuch has been nominated to replace Scalia on the SCOTUS. The opposition of course is is railing against Gorsuch claiming that he's not impartial enough, but let me ask you a question. Are we talking about the same impartiality we see from justice Ginsberg? Or the same impartiality we see from justice justice Kagan? Here's a tip for all our sagacious and wise lawmakers. Why don't we evaluate Gorsuch not based on his personal views, but on his views on the Constitution. On his Constitutional principles - not his personality. How refreshing would that be?

America is dying from an acute case of Constitutional ignorance. We will never restore liberty and put our government back into their limited and defined box as long as this constitutional ignorance is allowed to exist. We must all become the antithesis to the Marxist, Progressive cultural and educational agenda. It's the only way, because without cultural change, nothing will change. It's the only way to break free from the tyranny of the two party duopoly and it's the only way to pull the pulpit from underneath misinformed professors who feel it's their calling to indoctrinate, rather than to educate our children.

Though the title of this show refers to judicial supremacy, the opening segment demonstrates how our liberty is being lost because we have an educational factory that is unable to produce students who know who won the war between the states! Yet can tell you in a NY minute the names of TV actors. Really?

Yesterday we talked about education with a bit of a focus on our new secretary of education, Betsy DeVos. Today we'll continue this thread on education and look very closely what Trump is proposing for school vouchers. Good idea? Bad idea? As is always the case, when the federal government tells us they have some candy for us, it's important to look at the ingredients in advance. The devil is always in the details, which we (as well as you) should always pay attention to.

A reminder to grab SB514 and send it to your state representative and not just once but over and over again, just like lobbyist do. It's our sovereign duty to the Constitution to repeatedly remind our representatives of their sovereign duty. It's also our sovereign duty to expose political deception and deceivers which is exactly the situation with our new Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos.

The 9th circuit has lived up to it's reputation and issued an opinion (not a ruling) regarding the President's executive order which is totally contrary to the Constitution. This is another example of a growing list of judicial bad behavior. These judges need to be reminded that they are not over the Constitution but under the Constitution. They are to follow the Constitution and absent this should be impeached by Congress. Where's the check and balance here and what are the consequences if we continue to allow the judiciary to exercise this kind of unchecked power.

The national conversation happening in contemporary America where people from all political points of view are questioning the limits of federal authority is exciting. We need to embrace this trend and furthermore apply our best efforts to help drive this conversation if we are to continue to advance the cause of liberty.

Separation of powers exists to protect our liberty and when Congress allows for the violation of separation of powers by delegating authority to the executive branch we invite the disease of corruption and misconduct. Such is the case of a BLM supervisor whose power went unchecked.

First we review the travesty of justice known as the Cox, Kettler case in Kansas and the condescending, unconstitutional behavior of a federal judge who believes the Constitution is what the SCOTUS says it is. Really?

Crisis it would seem is everywhere but now is not the the time to fret. Now is the time to draw from the words of Thomas Paine for guidance and understand the nature what is being expose before our eyes.

Today we deconstruct a recent executive order regarding federal appointee ethics and interestingly it exposes some fundamental questions about ethics in government. We also discuss the concept of nullification and sanctuary cities in light of the Constitution.

Deconstructing sanctuary cities and nullification. A short clip that explains sanctuary cities in light of the Constitution.

Politics can make for good entertainment at times. It would seem as if the Democrats have suddenly taken up the cause of executive orders and their Constitutional validity. I'm not sure Trump has used his pen and his phone together yet, as Obama did, but it does make one wonder what these same democrats were doing the when Obama was issuing his unconstitutional executive orders. This is a good conversation to have. We just need to make sure we always keep the Constitution in focus regardless of who is occupying the oval office.

Information can be like a virus and it would seem as if the media promoted disinformation about the recent executive orders has infected the population at large producing hysteria where none needs to exist. Here's some truth.

It's not surprising that I have been getting a lot of questions about the President's authority over immigration. So today we look at the application of the Constitution to determine the power the executive has over immigration.

Today we remember LaVoy Finicum and the compelling imperatives which guides and compels us to continue to forge forward with purpose and conviction: There is still much work to be done to create the kind of liberty mindfulness in America.

Trump's presence in the oval office has emboldened conservative voices in Congress. Is this a trend? Maybe principled, vigorous debate will become the norm. Maybe it might even result in legislation that restores the Constitutional balance of power.

Reviewing more of Trump's recent executive orders and how they stack up against our Constitution.

The office of president was to be limited and defined. The Congress was supposed to be a check OVER the president. Lets look how and perhaps why that has changed over the years. What do we have today?
