Any government entity or their official partners can post projects to Citizinvestor.com. Once a project is posted to Citizinvestor.com, citizens can donate tax-deductibly to the projects of their choice. Although citizens are asked to enter their credit card information right away, they will not be charged unless the project reaches 100% of its funding goal before the funding deadline. Change Creator™, the premium digital magazine for entrepreneurs who are willing to challenge the status-quo and use business for meaningful change. Young people are changing how they see their careers. Fewer and fewer wish to climb the corporate ladder or take the conventional jobs of those who came before them. More and more want to flex their entrepreneurial muscles, start an enterprise, venture out on their own, and take risks. A recent study by Bentley University found that today, only 13% of survey respondents said that their career goal involves progressing within a corporation to CEO or president. The same study, by contrast, found that almost two-thirds (67%) of respondents said that their goal involves starting their own business. But most of all, today’s young people want to have an impact on their world. A 2014 Nielson study found that 67% of respondents prefer to work for socially responsible companies, 55% will pay extra for products and services from companies committed to positive social and environmental impact, and 52% made at least one purchase in the past six months from one or more socially responsible companies. In other words, our youth care about the world around them and want to be able to do something meaningful for their career. This trend is exciting. There’s no doubt about it. But it’s also an opportunity that can be missed if there isn’t a supportive environment that nurtures our youth and allows them to bring their ideas to life. This is why we founded Change Creator. Social entrepreneurialism draws on traditional business practices and cutting-edge innovation to create solutions to pressing problems affecting society, the environment and economies. As millennials increasingly transcend from school to the workplace, they carry with them a desire to develop wealth, find entrepreneurial ways to solve problems and give back to society. According to the Telefonica Global Millennial Survey over 68% of the millennial surveyed (globally) believe they have the opportunity to become an entrepreneur, while many believe the most pressing problems are the economy, social inequality, access to education, eliminating poverty, creating sustainable energy and providing affordable housing. Today the social entrepreneur is digitally savvy, has learned to work collaboratively in distributed environments and at ease communicating with others on a global basis. Change Creator addresses the need for social entrepreneurs to learn the skills required to be a successful social entrepreneur. “Social entrepreneurship will play an instrumental role in making the world a healthier and more equitable place,” says Adam Force, Publisher ,and Editor of Change Creator. “We need more people who have the courage to push boundaries and challenge the status-quo. An enormous number of people are now trying to figure out how to make the world a better place through the way they live their lives and make a living. We are excited to offer them the tools and insights they need to succeed.” http://changecreatormag.com https://www.facebook.com/changecreator https://twitter.com/Change_Creator

We talk about his Free Online Geek Dating app. Somewhere in Lower Manhattan, a diabolical organization seeks to get geeks dates. It's top secret codename: Dragonfruit. No, not through mad science, secret weapons or brainwashing devices. Our brilliant billionaire scientist-industrialist founder (Okay, he’s not actually Lex Luthor) had this radical idea that there should be a dating app where geekiness of any forms is awesome. Dragonfruit will offer you an experience where you can be upfront about your geekdom, instead of ashamed about it. Geeks know that they’re awesome. They make their passions a part of them and their lives, of course. But often, many geeks feel the need to put on a secret identity to impress their matches. We believe you shouldn’t have to disguise yourself as Clark Kent. Be yourself. Be Superman. We aren’t a team of evil villains trying to brainwash geeks to do our bidding: we’re honestly just geeks hoping to help other geeks. We’re the folks who you lane within Dota 2, talk while in the line to Hall H, attend cosplay meet-ups, and more. We understand geeks well, and most importantly- we know geeks love to be together with geeks. http://www.dragonfruitapp.com https://twitter.com/projdragonfruit

We talk about his framing startup, how they bring technology to the farming industry & let farmers sell their crops all over the world. Last year the United Nations reported the current world population of 7.2 billion is projected to increase by 1 billion by 2025 and reach 9.6 billion by 2050. Hunger is already a global crisis, so how will we feed billions more people in the years to come? The technological advancements in most areas of agriculture over the past decade are astounding with the exception of how farmers market their crops. For many operations the process hasn’t changed in the last 50 years. In order to maximize efficiency when buying and selling grain, we must continue to move forward with technology. Grainster.com is the first trading platform of it’s kind in the industry. To put it simply, Grainster is an online marketplace to connect buyers and sellers of grain. By allowing buyers and sellers to contract directly they are essentially cutting out the middleman and subsequently providing both parties flexibility and cost savings. Grain producing countries around the globe will have access to international listings, which equates to lower marketing costs and easy expansion into new markets. This is especially beneficial for developing countries that may lack infrastructure for importing and exporting. http://grainster.market

We talk what is the Fairshare Model, a performance-based capital structure for companies that seek venture capital via a public offering. From 1996 to early 2001, I was CEO and co-founder of a company, Fairshare, that was a front-runner for the modern concept of crowdfunding. That experience, together with what I’ve learned as a consultant, provides the foundation for the book I’m working on, The Fairshare Model. Prior to moving to the San Francisco Bay area in 1983, I lived and worked in for established manufacturing companies in St. Louis, Chicago and the Detroit area, where I grew up. I have a BA degree in Business/Pre-law as well as a MBA degree in finance from Michigan State University. I am also registered as a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. http://fairsharemodel.com https://www.inkshares.com/books/the-fairshare-model

I help startups with strategy, finance, BD, and venture / exit issues. I’ve been described as “wingman to startup CEOs” and as “Biz Dev / CFO to go.” I like pitching deals, solving problems and getting things done. I'm now productizing this work in a new startup called Foundersuite. I mainly work with early stage Internet, B2B software, mobile, and consumer product startups, and I have a strong interest in platforms, markets, and networks. I've worked with several cool crowdfunding companies, such as Kickstarter and Appbackr. Other notable clients include Clicker, Zerply, LaunchRock and Autonet Mobile. I’m currently on the Advisory Boards of five startups, where I help shape strategy and make intros to investors, partners, and acquirers. Earlier in my career, I started two companies, an early web catalog provider and a clinical trial software company. I also worked in finance and investment banking, and was involved in three technology IPOs and nearly 40 acquisitions. I put together various startup events; my current projects are FundingV2.com, StartupBD.com and StartupExits.com. I also teach classes at General Assembly on raising capital. Previously, with Pivotal Labs, I produced the ProjectStartup series. On the content side, I author the blog SeedStageCapital.com and contribute to Founders Space. I have an MBA in Entrepreneurship, a BSC in Finance, and I am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

I'm on the Board of Hands On Bay Area, a non-profit. Aside from startups, my passion is sailing, and I've logged more than 10,000 coastal and offshore nautical miles. My longest sail was a 22-day non-stop Pacific Ocean crossing to French Polynesia. Currently, I race on a Knarr team in the SF Bay. Other adventures include climbing 19,340-ft. Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa and trekking in Peru, Chile, New Zealand and the Himalayas of Nepal. I’ve also toured the U.S., Vietnam, Cambodia, Mexico, and Nicaragua by motorcycle. https://www.foundersuite.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/nathanbeckord https://www.facebook.com/FounderSuite/ https://twitter.com/foundersuite

How did I become a lecturer in one of the most prestigious medical universities in Japan, when I failed all of my school examinations, and left school at 17 virtually illiterate? The story of my life reflects much of what is wrong with education today, as it did when I was a child. The answer to the above question is presented in the accompanying five books. The writing of these books, and the 20 years of research that went behind them, was given impetus when I overheard a teacher remark how stupid the children were in his class. The children, I interrupted him, were not stupid. It was simply that they did not understand what he meant. The teacher responded by telling me there was nothing wrong with the way he taught, and that his students were more or less born the way he marked and so graded them. The problem is that the teacher did not understand what I meant. It was to explain what intelligence is, how it develops, and why it is not what we think it is that I devoted 20 years in research to produce these now six books. The danger, and our failing in this, is that we do not realise that the ways we educate children today are based on a modified design that is 100 years out of date. Very simple, we do not now educate our children for the kind of world they will most likely live and work in. I now travel as much as I can about the world demonstrating the new system of teaching I have designed, and show the need to change the curriculum. We need to teach children how to think the moment they enter the school system, so that we can help them leave with higher grades and a greater understanding of their responsibility first to themselves, then their society and then to our planet. For it is these children that will make the decisions that will affect later generations. For my part, I would briefly explain here that two years after I had left school, as a complete failure, I went back into education, and after three years of study passed all of 14 examinations with an average pass of 96%. Having qualified with distinction as an electronics engineer, and noted as the best student in my first year, I went to sea and so through a host of experiences of people, countries, jobs, and life. http://andersenroy.com

Born and raised in West Philadelphia and currently residing in Southern California, Nareg’s humble approach and passionate drive are some of the markups within his DNA. An endless student in many aspects of life, Nareg is always striving on “how to make it better” using both conventional and unconventional approaches to problem-solving. Nareg started his career eight years ago as a hardware and software tech with Apple Computers. After about 3 years with Apple, he left and co-founded Entrance Studios, a video/marketing based startup company. Entrance Studios collaborated with many early stage startup companies in developing different types of online marketing campaigns--this enabled Nareg to collaborate with many teams and learn different types of strategies through more than one perspective. To date, Nareg has been involved in developing nearly 20 different types of startup companies and non-profit organizations - both in the US and abroad. Within the last few years Nareg has held positions within SaaS-based startup companies serving as CTO, COO, business development, a consultant and providing mentorship. Armenia is also a significant part of Nareg’s identity. His ancestral homeland became a place where he would spend a few months at a time during his college years volunteering for non-profit organizations. Throughout the years Armenia also would become one of Nareg's most favorite vacation destinations. Naturally he always dreamed Armenia would one day be an extension of his professional career - into years down the road this idea becoming a reality. Since 2012, Nareg has invested much of his time both in and out of Armenia advising and consulting both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Stay true, never get old, and always be passionate is what Nareg lives by. This reminder has helped achieve many milestones both in his professional and personal life. When Nareg is taking a break from work he's either planning a trip, surfing the web, playing the guitar, barbecuing, or taking photographs. The collection of images seen below are some of Nareg's most recently edited photographs. http://www.naregso.com/

About Marcin Kleczynski, CEO, Malwarebytes Marcin Kleczynski was only 14 years old when he wrote the first version of Malwarebytes after getting his parent’s computer infected with a virus that a popular antivirus solution missed. When starting his search for a fix, Marcin looked to online experts and online boards of volunteers to help him clean his parent’s computer. The volunteers immediately jumped at the chance to help Marcin and their kindness sparked his mission to offer a free anti-malware solution to protect against computer infections, malware and ultimately, cybercriminals. Four years later in 2008, Marcin founded Malwarbytes which has since grown to a team of 250 in 14 countries that now protects more than 50,000 businesses globally. His company’s solutions have been downloaded more than 500 million times and removed more than five billion pieces of suspicious software. Marcin has been named to the 2015 Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Rising Stars of Enterprise Technology list, won the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was named to the Silicon Valley Business Journal 40 Under 40. About Malwarebytes In the past year, the company has been recognized as one of the “fastest growing” and “most promising” by organizations such as Inc. and Forbes respectively. Additionally, Malwarebytes was recently named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and the Silicon Valley Business Journal ranked the company 18th on the top 50 fastest growing private companies. Through acquisition and continued innovation, the initial malware removal tool has been joined in Malwarebytes product offerings by new tools that detect and prevent exploits from infecting computers of consumers and a rapidly growing enterprise client base. In 2015, the Malwarebytes product line has expanded to include purpose-built business products that now protect more than 50,000 businesses with a renewal rate close to 100 percent and triple digit annual growth in the enterprise sales. Average deal size has also seen a 75 percent increase as businesses continue to turn to Malwarebytes’ innovative approach. Now managing nearly three million active licenses, Malwarebytes has also persistently grown earnings and revenue in the triple digits year-over-year. https://www.malwarebytes.org/ https://twitter.com/malwarebytes https://www.linkedin.com/company/malwarebytes

You are never going to find the right answer if you are asking the wrong question. I have spent over 20 years in digital with experiences ranging from programming flight simulators for military aircraft to helping design digital tools and services for patients who just experienced a heart attack. The challenge always begins by understanding the goals of the team and the company and helping them to ask the right questions. Today I work with amazing startup companies defining and refining their product market fit and large corporates looking to innovate internally and avoid getting their business model side swiped (by one of the amazing startups!). My current project is designing new business models for digital advertisers and publishers in the age of disruption from ad blocking and increased consumer privacy rules. www.metamorphosis-conference.com https://uk.linkedin.com/in/troynorcross https://twitter.com/troy_norcross
